Following the success of our existing retirement communities, and those that are in our current pipeline, we are looking to further meet the growing demand for the UK’s ageing population.
We want to offer our five star service to a wider audience, to give people the choice of staying local to where they currently live, or moving to start a new phase of life. We have identified four main areas where we believe there is a significant demand for our product.

• The area of central Southern England, between the A3, M4 and M5 corridors.
• The M6 corridor in a belt from Birmingham and Coventry through to Manchester and Liverpool.
• Scotland’s primary cities and their residential catchment areas.
We will look at urban and rural schemes, with predominantly apartments in urban areas through to a mix of low rise apartments and cottages in rural areas.
Our communities fall within the planning use class C2 ‘Residential Institutions’ and are fully CQC
registered to provide care. We hope to provide in the region of 100 apartments, circa 30 nursing suites
and shared facilities to include, gym, swimming pool and a full service restaurant.
